Nina Lee Colwill became interested in writing in Grade 2, when she won three Golden Books from the CBC for her poem “Health Mouse.” A retired academic with a PhD in psychology, she has published three books and over 100 articles and book chapters in both the academic and popular press. She is a member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood.
Like the contributors to My First True Love, Nina has loved and loved again. She lives in Gimli, Manitoba with her husband of 60 years, Dennis Anderson.
